We 100% guarantee that products from our Factory are authentic, freshly hand-crafted, and of superior quality.

Only products purchased from our Factory or through authorized channels are guaranteed to be genuine.

Because we use naturally derived ingredients, most of our liquid products have an 18-month shelf life (unopened), while our Waxes and Glazes have an indefinite shelf life (closed properly) if stored at (55°F–75°F).

We have had a few Customers complain about the consistency of our liquid products. 

After doing months of manufacturing inspections and review of our tests and procedures we found the answer . . . un-controlled storage at seller locations.

Many of the Zymöl Cleaners and Conditioners use purified water as the starting mix base to create the emulsions needed to suspend Carnauba, Rice Bran Wax, Banana Oil, Coconut Oil, Apple Pectin and SiO2 polishing agents. (think Milk and Cream)

When our products drop to 32 degrees Fahrenheit or reach 95 degrees Fahrenheit the plant oils and waxes (fats) fall out of suspension and cannot be mixed again by shaking the product.

To insure your products, when you order from our Factory we do not ship orders on Friday's or during a mid week holiday. This is because we cannot be sure any Shipper is not leaving our orders sit in a truck outside during freezing Winter or sweltering Summer days and nights.

When you look to buy Zymöl other than here at the Factory, ask your seller beforehand if they are in control of the environment your products are in.

If you are sure they are controlled and safe then once you receive them, store them in a cool area at home as you would any perishable item.

You are encouraged to register your purchases with the Factory for technical support.

 

NOTE: Zymöl Waxes and Glazes require less than 87 degrees Fahrenheit. Please store them in very cool or refrigerated storage.
