Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that many Zymöl products are made fresh to order, which may require additional production time beyond standard processing. You will be notified by email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method.
Domestic (United States & U.S. Governed Regions):
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Primary Shipping Destinations Zymöl ships primarily to the United States and all U.S. governed regions and territories. International shipping is available to select destinations upon request.
International Orders For orders shipped outside of the United States, all tariffs, customs fees, duties, and applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your order total and are assessed by the destination country at the time of delivery. Zymöl is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Any loss, damage, or breakage that occurs during customs inspection or as a result of customs handling is not the responsibility of Zymöl. Customers are encouraged to review their country's import regulations prior to placing an order.
Shipment Insurance All orders valued at $100 USD or more are fully insured against loss or damage in transit at no additional cost to you.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. For insured orders, we will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly. For orders under $100, please retain all packaging materials as they may be required for a carrier claim.
Please note: Zymöl is not liable for loss or breakage that occurs during customs inspection or handling. This applies to both insured and uninsured shipments.
Shipping Restrictions Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination or carrier regulations. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
